Romance in Healthy Aging is New Theme at Toronto Conference
Good thoughts about romance in healthy aging will hopefully abound as Dorothea presents at the Toronto ACEP conference October 16-18. This will be a first chance for Dorothea to develop and share her own learning about the gifts of energy psychology to enhance primary relationships in healthy aging.
Romance is a total way of being with one’s intimate partner: it consists of daily attention to maintaining the relationship climate, learning from each other, delighting in finding ways to connect, and listening to intuition. Sexual expression is the “frosting on the cake” while the ongoing work of commitment to relatedness and mutual caring can be enhanced with readily learned energy psychology resources.
